Balancing work, family, and school wasn’t easy, but with support from coaches and a flexible structure, the payoff was big. We're talking sharper skills, more confidence, and a degree that opens doors both professionally and personally. 

What motivated you to join the JetBlue Scholars program, and how has it impacted your career? 
I jumped at the chance to join JetBlue Scholars because it offered the perfect way to complete my degree while staying active in my career. It’s been a game-changer! It gave me the confidence to go after new opportunities and step up in my role. 

Can you share skills or knowledge gained during the program that have been particularly beneficial in your career? 
I sharpened my time management and communication skills, and my critical thinking also got a serious upgrade. Additionally, I gained a deeper understanding of business operations, which enables me to make more informed decisions every day. 

How did the program structure and support contribute to your academic and professional growth? 
The program's flexibility allowed me to balance work, family, and school. The support from the Scholars team, especially the coaches, helped me stay on track and motivated. That structure empowered me to push through challenges and develop both academically and professionally. 

Did the JetBlue Scholars coach contribute to your success? 
My coach was instrumental in my success. They provided guidance, kept me focused, and celebrated my milestones along the way. That personal touch made the experience feel less overwhelming and more achievable. 

Has completing your degree contributed to your personal development and confidence? 
Completing my degree was a huge personal milestone. It boosted my confidence not only at work but in life. It reminded me that it’s never too late to achieve your goals and that dedication truly pays off.
