Introducing JetBlue Scholars
There are thousands of JetBlue crewmembers without a college degree. With our mission to inspire humanity, we set out to make a difference. JetBlue Scholars is a new way for employers to help their people succeed. We partner with online course providers and institutions of higher learning to make earning a degree simpler and more affordable than ever.

How It Works
It's easy. All our Scholars need to do is learn.
STEP 1: CLAIM Credit
Students can get credit for courses completed at other colleges, licenses and certifications, and even on the job experience, including JetBlue training.
STEP 2: Take Courses
Complete courses online for college credit. Students learn at their own pace, anytime and anywhere, from a mobile device or computer. JetBlue covers the cost and helps students select the required courses to graduate.
STEP 3: Attend A Partner University
Students take online courses directly with one of our partner universities. All crewmembers receive discounted tuition.

Active and in good standing
Pursuing first bachelor’s degree
Enrollment
JetBlue Scholars opens periodically for crewmembers to enroll. The process involves completing an application and a short course, followed by submitting previous transcripts and copies of any licenses or certifications earned.
